Je ne sais pas si c’est une erreur de leur part mais en tout cas, je me suis jeté dessus comme la vérole sur le pôvre moine. On verra bien, au pire , si le produit ne correspond pas, j’ai la garantie 15j satisfait ou remboursé.

En tout cas , c’est réellement une affaire, le prix le plus bas que j’ai pu trouver pour ce modèle (TVix 5000U 160Go) est de 310 € hors frais de port.

Effectivement, il est normalement bien plus cher. J’ai acheté le mien 300€ il y a quelques mois.
Et ce lecteur HD est une tuerie. Supporte les fichiers vob et iso pour les dvd, les mpg2, mpg4, divxhd, xvid, wmvHD, le transport stream pour la HD par satellite, etc. Et nombre de bugs présents à ses débuts ont été corrigés par tous les nouveaux firmwares. Et avec le dernier firmware, ça ne prend plus que quelques clics d’accéder directement aux films sur le PC en réseau, sans se faire chier à les copier sur le DD intégré.

La sortie DVI gère jusqu’au 1080i (ou p, je sais plus), donc si vous avez un e télé HD (ou directement un bon lcd de pc) jetez-vous dessus!

Si c’est une erreur, ne rêvez pas trop, le “dispo en 15 jours” ca veut dire “on n’a pas encore passé commande chez le fournisseur” en langage RDC.

D’un autre coté, j’ai sauvegardé la page html avec les photos et références, du coup ils seront bien forcé de me vendre le produit désigné au prix affiché. Il me semble qu’il s’agit là d’un point légal du code de la consommation non ?

S’il ne le fait pas tu peux le poursuivre.
C’est surtout pour eviter les arnaques de type :
« super promo un pc de la mort qui tue a 300 euros »
et une faut sur place « ha oui mais non, on est en rupture mais j’ai celui ci (d’entrée de gamme) à 400 euros »

Est-ce qu’il n’y a pas un truc qui dit que le prix affiché ne doit pas être “trop” éloigné de la valeur du produit ? Genre si Ferrari met en vente un modèle à 1€ alors qu’elle pensait mettre 1 million d’€

Ca s’applique pas dans ce cas mais il me semble que ça existe.

Sinon concernant le Tvix en fait si j’ai bien compris c’est un hdd externe avec une carte graphique intégrée mais pour fonctionner il a besoin d’un pc c’est ça ?

Et est-ce qu’il est possible de changer le disque dur intégré facilement ?

Sur rue du commerce, je vois également dans les usages recommandés, qu’il est possible de faire de l’acquisition audio/vidéo, mais dans les caractéristiques techniques je ne vois pas d’entrées audio/vidéo. Alors est-ce possible ou pas ?

Oui, il y a un morceau de loi à ce sujet là, comme quoi faut pas être trop naïf non plus (contre le recel par exemple)

Pas du tout
C’est une platine HD, autonome, avec HDD intégré. Pas de carte graphique intégrée, c’est en fait une puce Sigma Design EM8621, qui fait le décodage dvix (dont dvix hd), xvid, windows media (dont WMV HD), MPEG2 (dont MPEG2 HD Transport Stream), etc
Tu branches cette platine à ta télé en dvi ou en yuv, et éventuellement à ton réseau grâce au port réseau intégré.
Le PC ne sert qu’à transférer les films sur l’hdd intégré, ou à faire serveur de films, car le Tvix sait accéder aux films d’un PC en Samba (partage windows) et en NFS

Oui. C’est expliqué dans la doc du produit, et comme il existe des versions du Tvix HD-5000U avec un disque de 500Go d’origine, tu peux voir venir au moins jusqu’à cette taille.
Plus le disque est gros mieux c’est, un film en HD fait vite 10Go en moyenne. (100Mo représentent en gros de 40s à 1mn de vidéo 1920x1080i avec une seule piste audio 5.1)

Bon ,

Le biniou est bien arrivé chez moi et au tarif indiqué. Il s’agissait bien d’une erreur de leur part puisque peu de temps après ma commande, leur service clientèle est tombé en rade et lorsque celui-ci à été remis en service, le tarif est passé à 310 €.

Nyark, nyark , nyak ! 33 % de ristourne , cela ne se refuse pas . Je ne sais pas si certains d’entres vous ont pu en profiter.

Je vous donne mon avis sur le bestiau dès mon retour de mes (courts) congés, la semaine prochaine, en attendant je retourne buller.

    1. The id and password is case sensitive.
    2. M5000 allows only one connection at the same time.
    3. You will see the list of folders when you connect. You can connect to internal or external USB HDD attached to TViX. The name of local hard partitions starts with disk, disk1 is the first partition disk2 is the second partition. The names of first USB HDD are usb1(first partition) to usb4(fourth partition), and the second USB HDD are from USB5 to USB8. You will see these even though you do have only one partition in your HDD.
    4. You cannot copy files or create a directory on the root.
    5. If you copy or download files, you can not delete the folder that contains these files until you finish the transfer.
    6. We do not recommend using Internet explorer, because it has some limitation like can not handle over 4G files and it is slower and unstable than other FTP clients. To get better performance, we recommend using dedicated FTP client program.
    7. If you have problem of connect to M5000 FTP server, you need to restart the unit.
    8. While you are copying a file, you can not see the file. You will see the file after the transfer is over.
    9. The average speed is vary by network environment, ftp client and the client PC, but we found the range is around 15Mbps to 35Mbps, and this is when M5000 is not playing any files. If you play files while transfer, the transfer rate will decrease. In other words, you can play files while you are copying files if you sacrifice some transfer speed.

  2. M5000 supports up to four different network share.

  3. Screen saver added

    1. If you want to change the drifting image, please put image file to the first partition and named it tvix_ss.jpg. Also, please make sure the maximum size of image is 160 * 160.
    2. The screen saver will start after two minute if there is no input in file browser mode.

  4. Support automatic TV type(vertical refresh rate) change according to the source frame rate

    1. If you set NTSC/PAL automatic change, M5000 will check the frame rate and change the TV out vertical refresh frequency. Currently, M5000 will check AVI, WMV, MP4 and TS/TP files.
    2. 29.97/59.94 F/S will be changed to NTSC and 25/50 F/S will be changed to PAL
    3. You can set this on only when you have multi-standard TV.

  5. M5000 will show EXIF information of jpeg files. You can see this by pressing info key.

  6. Add dvd play resume

    1. It will save the last position of DVD title. However, it only save one DVD title, so if you play other files, the bookmark will be replaced.

  7. M5000 applies NLS option to mount DVD discs, so you can see non ASCII characters without problems. (Only supported language will be shown correctly.)

  8. Autorun will work with USB or Network shares.

    1. If you have a local HDD, M5000 will play files in the autorun folder of the first partition. (Will not check other USB or network share).
    2. If you connect USB disks only, then M5000 will play files in the autorun folder of the first USB partition.
    3. If you only connect network, M5000 will play files in the autorun folder of the first network share.

  9. M5000 now supports .txt subtitle (MicroDVD and TmPlayer format)

  10. Improved support of IDX/SUB files. But, it will not support larger than 720 * 576.

  11. Changed the location of text subtitles to the bottom. In case of one line, it will be shown in the last line not in the second to last line.

  12. If you press info key while you are browsing files, you can see the network information.

  13. Better support of trick play and time search of tp , trp, ts files.

  14. Removed false bitrates information of WMV files.

  18. Improved support of jpeg files. In case of progress jpg files, it will play less than 1024 * 768 and less than Adobe Compression Quality 6.

  19. We changed the timeout period of NFS connection fail from 3sec to 5sec.

  20. The IP address will be assigned when the unit is booted. If the unit is not hooked up, you can reset the IP settings in the setup menu by reset IP settings.

Currently known main issue.
