Free adsl sans freebox ?

hello les geeks !!
après plus d’un mois d’attente ma connexion free est enfin activée !
NRA (1) : CRO34
Longueur : 1885 mètres
Affaiblissement (2) : 28 dB

a ce qu’il parait c’est des trucs pas mal vu que je vais avoir la télé (théoriquement)
le truc est que je n’ai pas reçu ma freebox et les seuls codes que j’ai sont ceux donnés pour voir l’avancement de l’établissement de ma ligne.

d’ou question: est il possible de se connecter avec un autre modem et avec les codes sus-cités ?

y’a pa de caractère d’urgence mais bon… si vous répondez aujourd’hui ce serait pas plus mal !

J’ai pas la réponse à ta question, mais je sais, si ça t’intéresse, que tu as une ligne 56K illimitée, que tu peux utiliser avec un modem normal pour patienter.

J’insiste sur le « patienter »

Tu peux te connecter avec un autre Modem sans soucis, par contre je sais pas a quel debit, par exemple moi n’etant pas encore degrouper j’utilise sans soucis un speedtouch (le sagem est une bouse sans nom, deco et compagnie)

La plupart des modems ADSL (le sagem en tout cas) plafonnent à 8/2Mbits débit théorique max de l’ADSL…

Et oui, si tu as tes logins tu peux te connecter à une ligne free avec un modem normal

Touit ce dont tu as besoin pour te connecter est effectivement d’un modem assez parametrable ( donc un modem routeur serait le top ) acceptant la RFC 1483 Routed.

Il te faut aussi ton adresse IP Free, sinon tu pourras pas le configurer …

Et en zone dégroupée, c’est pas du login dont on a besoin, mais de l’IP du client et de celle de la gateway

en gros, c’est pas avec le modem fourni par club internet que je vais faire quoique ce soit. j’ai bien un modem paramétrable mais j’y connais que dalle
je vais googleisé ce soir, en espérant que ça le fasse.

ps: mon modem actuel (le truc de wanadoo donc) ne constate pas de signal sur ma ligne (le voyant vert clignote pour ceux qui connaissent): étant dégroupé c’est normal ou pas ?

Tu n’es pas raccordé sur le DSLAM de ton provider (ou alors celui ci est HS).

hmmm…
d’apres google, mon bewan ethernet st ne fonctionne pas en free dégroupé, comme ça c’est réglé
mais je constate tout de même qu’il y a comme un probleme sur ma ligne! ben ouais, la synchronisation ne se fait pas alors qu’elle devrait se faire (?)
sur le site de free ma conenxion est activée, j’ai déjà les adresse IP
louche, très louche, j’appelle demain si y’ pas de changements. je vais tirer la tronche si je dois encore attendre 4 semaines

[/quote]si le modem communique ou pas avec les DSLAM[/quote] Bah écoute, j’ai un SpeedTouch Home Ethernet qui n’est pas configuré en routeur (donc il lui faut un PC pour se connecter). Si je le branche à ma ligne tél avec le câble réseau débranché, il se synchronise quand même, alors qu’il sait même pas encore comment il va se connecter (PPPoE ou PPPoA).

Par contre c’est sûr : le BeWan n’est pas compatible free dégroupé (mais il devrait quand même se synchroniser à mon avis).

Tout à fait, n’importe quel modem synchronise sur une ligne ADSL. les paramètres du VC c’est la couche ATM, c’est l’étage du dessus.

Une solution qui marche vraiment pour accéder au freebox dégroupé avec un ECI usb en attendant de recevoir la freebox.
Voila comment faire :

Pour faire fonctionner le modem il faut dabord telecharger ce driver

une fois que ta mis sa tu clique sur setup pour commencer ton installation:
il te demande de te metre en LAN ou en WAN tu te met en LAN
ensuite il te demande de metre de metre le vpi et tt
tu met VPI:8 VCI:36 modulation G.DMT et tu te met en RFC 1483 encapsulation
VC
apres tu suit linstallation normal apres avoir redemarre tu peu remarquer
qu’une connexion reseau est cree mais ladresse IP ki est ecris nest pas
bonne.
Apres tu vas dans connexion reseau et tu vas ds les propriete de la
connexion(je sai pas si c pareil pour les version anterieure a win XP)
et la tu clique sur TCP/IP et tu vas ds propriete et la tu met utilise
ladresse ip suivante apres il te demande de metre ton adresse IP tu la met
pour ceuw ki ne connaisse pas leur ip allez sur cette
adresse:http://adsl.free.fr/admin/show_ip.html
pour le masque de sous reseau c le 255.0.0.0
pour la passerellle par default il faut metre les trois premier chiffre de
ladresse ip et met comme 4 eme numero le 1
et pour le DNS prefere est le 212.27.32.176
et pour le DNS auxiliaire est le 212.27.32.177
