Je reste quand même persuadé que c’est un des modos/admins qui fait ça.

Ca veux dire « Gros boulets » en Indien.
En ce qui concerne le net, on va dire qqn qui ne pense pas à utiliser google (ou autre moteur de recherche).
Cela dit je n’étais pas remonté si loin dans mes recherches sur la genèse de l’expression que le résultat que j’ai trouvé en 5ème position sur google :
