[Vista] Impossibilité d'ouvrir session / System Recovery Options

Bon ma non-geekette de soeur a un pc portable Acer, cool elle squatte plus mon pc.
Sauf qu’elle ni connait rien en sécurité, j’ai eu beau la mettre en garde et mettre des softs de sécurité efficace sans intervention de l’utilisateur son pc n’ouvre plus de session.

Je m’en occupe alors, je lance la machine paf une fenetre bleue après le chargement de la barre Windows Corporation, avec en intitulé System Recovery Options d’où je peux Select a keyboard layout, go French et next.

et je me prends un Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically.

Je fais Don’t send et hop y s’éteint. Et au démarrage même chose alors je reselectionne les mêmes choix et il s’éteint. Et là je relance la machine une dernière fois mais elle se relance pas ! Pourtant la batterie est chargée, je re-essaye 2/3 fois en mode bourrin, il se lance affiche un écran bleu très rapidement j’aperçois juste une sorte de test memory. Revint le chargement de Windows Corporation et je me retape les messages de tout à l’heure avec un log en plus à la fin:

Je précise que je connais rien à Vista. Please help me.

Solution simple, virer vista, mettre xp B) , moins casse tête.

Ouai sauf que l’engin était livré avec, et je me vois pas mettre encore 150 roros pour une licence, donc pour le moment Vista.

Y’aurais pas un problème avec le disque dur ? Essaye de booter avec un Ultimate Boot cd pour voir si tu accccède au HDD.

Ca sent le matos foireux tout ca…

…et le retour au SAV !!! Elle l’a achetée ou son PC ?

C’est ce que je vais faire mais j’aurai préféré faire ça moi même. Elle a acheté chez Cora y a deux mois, la garantie est valable un an.

Bon je sais que le sujet est vieux, mais j’ai le même problème actuellement. Pour un portable Acer acheté chez Cora aussi. Comment résoudre le problème par moi même? je n’ai pas envie d’aller au SAV que en dernier recours.

Alors Kocotte, désolé mais le problème a été résolu via le SAV. Ils ont formaté la bouse.

Merci, mais mon problème a été résolu. J’ai emmené mon ordi chez un copain et il a pu me faire une restauration avec F10, j’avais une partition XP pour récupèrer Vista.

bonjour ! j’ai eu le mm soucis que toi, et comme mon pc est mon outil de travail je ne veut l’enmener en sav qu’en dernier recours, alors pourrais tu me dire comment a fait ton ami pr te remettre ton pc en forme !! merci d’avance !
