D’après un texte de présentation :

Pendant des années, les tests de Q.I. ont été utilisés pour essayer d’évaluer l’intelligence de quelqu’un. Cependant, certains chercheurs affirment qu’ils ne tiennent pas compte du fait que les différents individus pourraient penser de différentes manières (ndt : Think different ? ), et ont différentes forces et faiblesses.

La plupart d’entre nous conviendront que Mozart était un génie - mais il aurait probablement lutté avec des théories d’Einstein tout comme nous. Cela ne signifie pas pour autant que l’un était plus intelligent que l’autre - ils pensaient différemment tout simplement.
 
Beaucoup de psychologues croient aujourd’hui que ce que nous appelons l’intelligence peut être subdivisée en différentes catégories, qui peuvent toutes être mesurées indépendamment. Différentes façons de penser sont nécessaires pour résoudre des problèmes différents.
