EBU HR position: Administrative Assistant (6 months fixed duration contract)

Reports to: Controller of Sports
Mission
Ensures the smooth running of all organisational and administrative projects of the EBU Sports Rights Unit.
Influence
Assists the Sports Rights Team in the organisational and administrative aspects.
Job content & diversity
- Efficient, telephone call coordination and filtering
- Travel planning in coordination with external and internal participants with the corresponding budget.
- Drafting and editing of correspondence for head of department with the highest attainable quality in terms of content style and language.
- Preparation of presentations and other documents for meetings
- Planning of internal and external meetings
- Preparation of EBU TV Sports Assembly & Committee meetings and working groups, in line with corresponding budget and internal directives
- Assistance in revision and implementation of internal filing system.

Frequency &type of contacts
Internal: Daily contact with head of Unit and managers and with other departments.

Qualifications
Education:
Commercial Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge:
- Strong written and spoken English and French, any additional language (i.e. German) is an asset.
- Strong IT skill (All Microsoft Office applications)
- Good understanding of sports and related organisational processes.
Experience
At least 3-5 years experience in similar function and/or capability to learn quickly.
