Nitin:But before we proceed, may I please have your first and last name along with your email address to update our database?

you:ok thanks
Nitin:Now, let me have the full name and the email address first, please.
you: ****** - .@gmail.com
Nitin:Thank you, .
Nitin:Do you have the game registered on the same email account ".@gmail.com"?

Nitin:Please answer « As usual », to verify the account.
you:??
you:Are ou asking me to give you the answer of something made for protecting my account ?
Nitin:That’s the Security Question on your account. Please answer it just to verify the account.
you:I know what it is, i don’t understand why you’re asking it.
Nitin:Yes, its just a process we follow to know that the contacting person is the true owner of the account.
Nitin:I have the answer, I just need to verify it. Its the Security.
Nitin:******, see, you are talking to EA as of now and I assure you about your account Security.
Nitin:We just need to check if you are the true owner of the account and we do it usually.
you:I have to trust you when you told me that you’re EA, but you don’t trust me when I told you that i’m the owner of the account. I think we are stuck.
Nitin:Yes, that’s the only way we can check that you are the true owner of the account. Believe me, we know the answer. We just check if the contacting person can answer it because the true owner is the only person who does know the answer.
you:Sorry i will not give you this answer.
Nitin:Oh, that’s really unusual, mate! But I do understand your concern as well.
Nitin:But, the wrong part is, we are unable to proceed without having the answer.
Nitin:I really want to help you and, please *******, believe me its a Security process we follow.
you:Ok. I will mail EA then.
you:Thanks for your help.
Nitin:Sure, mate! As you wish. Please email us and we’ll be glad to provide you a free game.
you:by the way, i don’t think LivePerson.net is an EA company. I think they will be intersted by this conversation.
Nitin:As a token of gratitude, I like to give you a 15% discount on your next purchase from Origin. You’ll get it through email on « .@gmail.com ».
you:Have a nice day.
Nitin:Thanks and you too.
Nitin:And yes, you can secure your account in your own way, mate! No worries.
Nitin:Just email us if we don’t seem legitimate to you. We’ll surely provide you a new game.
Nitin:Have a good time ahead. Good bye & take care.
